Located just west of the downtown core, Hearth Manor is part of a residential neighbourhood that is also home to locally-owned restaurants and bars, cafes, galleries, speciality shops, and public gathering spaces. Hearth is steps away from Paul Kane Park and just two blocks west of the neighbourhood community garden at Peace Garden Park. Walking distance to amenities on 124th Street and Jasper Avenue, as well as The Promenade, which overlooks the North Saskatchewan River Valley. Oliver is one of the oldest residential neighbourhoods in the City of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
